finally updating

Wow. I often have criticized those with blogs on not updating their sites for weeks or even months at a time. Well I have been that guy now. My Bad. I have been busy being a dumbass and have not shared the events that have occurred. I will soon post pics from my awesome Baltimore/dc/NYC vacation on here. For now, you will have to enjoy what was my Halloween costume which is posted below. I was able to rent most of the items thanks to targets return policy. The shoes are currently being sold on Ebay. I am in the process of trying to suppress my dumbassness in hopes of leaving my roommates lodging and moving to a more independent setting. Braves v Reds 7/31 and the skyrosa

To help celebrate my birthday on the 24th (braves fan) and Dan's bday on the 1st (reds fan) we had schultz pull some strings and get up some tickets to go see the two play. Had a nice Saturday in Cincy. Later in the pics you will see we were introduced to a phenomenon known only as the skyrosa. The skyrosa is the created by taking a skyline chili dog and wrapping it with a slice of Larosa's pizza. Delicious!

Monster Food Challenge

On Friday July 16 my co-worker Dave and I attempted to tackle the Mug N Bun Monster Challenge. This beast consisted of a triple deluxe tenderloin, a family sized order of fries and a 32 oz. root beer. All of which must be consumed in 30 minutes. I don't believe I have ever felt as full as I did post challenge. It was certainly Man Vs. Food and the food won. Although neither of us were succesful in defeating the monster we both enjoyed the challenge. Here are some pictures from the event.

Dumbass Moment of the Day 6/17

This morning upon moving around half asleep, I managed to get ready. I took a shower, got dressed, made coffee, and put my dog (Leonard Patrick Swayzee Brown) in his cage for the day. I gathered everything I needed for work and softball later. I got into my car and got everything settled. As I started to turn the key to start my car I pressed my foot against the break peddle. Something was wrong. I was not wearing shoes.

As my title states this is an attempt to capture some of the details from my life. My name is Dave but have tons of nicknames. In one group I'm Lil Dave. At work I'm Brownie. In one group I'm Dumbass Dave. Others may call me DB, Browntown, Dirty Dave, D-Brown, and many more. I tend to always be busy and have something fun lined up around the corner. Very rarely will you see me in a bad or upsetting mood. I always look for the funny side of the story which sometimes is the immature side but either way you'll laugh. I will try and bring up stories of friends, work, school, family, and personal experiences. We will just have to see how and where this blog will go.
